A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event.
Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

LOZ PHOTOBOOTHS LLC is not responsible for any damages or loss of personal property during events.
We are not liable for any delays, interruptions, or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue access, or technical malfunctions.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
